Current Lyris LM on-premise customers may want to know whether there is a cloud option they can migrate to, as well as the associated costs, contract models, and content migration aspects like lists, subscribers, templates, etc.

Although there was an LM hosted option in the past, it is no longer offered.

The current option is to migrate to the Aurea Campaign Manager (ACM, formerly known as Lyris HQ). The main difference to consider is that ACM does not offer the email submitted content feature.

It is possible to migrate lists, members, and demographic data. Historical data such as mailings sent, tracking, reports cannot be migrated. Templates need to be imported manually, recreating them in the new product.
