Renew ListManager Support Contract

Overview

You recognize that your Support Maintenance contract is expiring because you have noticed that your "Last day to Upgrade" is coming soon and you would like to get a quote to renew your ListManager contract. Alternatively, you have issued a PO to renew ListManager and would like to get an update because you are concerned about your Last day to Upgrade coming soon and need an activation key.

Solution

To get a quote for your Support Maintenance Contract Renewal or request an update on the status of your renewal or activation key, please contact our Renewals Team.

NOTE: You can continue to utilize your ListManager installation past the Last day to Upgrade while your renewal is being processed or you are waiting for your activation key. However, you cannot upgrade or make changes that require you to clear or get activation. See the What Happens When My Lyris LM License Expires? article for details.
