Overview
In order to ensure proper operation or compliance with your organization's security or audit log requirements, you would like to know the locations of all log files associated with your Lyris LM installation. In addition, you want to know whether changes to the ListManager configuration by Administrators are logged.
Information
Most of the events that are typically required for audit logging can be found in the Server and Web Access Logs. However, some events, such as ListManager configuration changes by an Administrator, are not covered in these logs. In such cases, you can contact our Professional Services Team who can work with you to develop a custom solution. This is a billable service.
