Adding non-member recipients to a mailing

Overview

You may need to add recipients to a mailing, and those recipients are not subscribed members to the list.

Solution

  1. Go to "Mailings : Mailing Status : Mail Queues : Outgoing".
  2. Click the "View" link for the relevant message.
  3. Select the "Recipients" tab.
  4. Input one recipient at a time in the "Add Recipient" field and click the "Save" button next to that field.
  5. Click "Ok" to return to the "Outgoing" page.

Testing

Send the mailing and check that the added recipients received the message.
