You are considering how to protect your server with antivirus software or are considering switching antivirus products and you would like to know what products are recommended for use and whether there are any recommended settings that should be used.

Lyris does not have a specific recommendation for antivirus products, nor directories that should be excluded from virus-scanning processes.

However, make sure that whichever antivirus product you use does not block ListManager from communicating over the required ports. Please see the ListManager - Ports Need to be Open for ListManager to Work correctly article for more information.
