Lyris Report Server Links Are Not Working

Overview

After moving your ListManager server to an internal network, links which have Clickthrough Link Tracking enabled are not working. Because Clickthrough Link Tracking requires a public IP as its destination you have decided to disable Clickthrough Link Tracking and need to know how.


Solution

  1. Log on to ListManager as an Administrator

  2. Navigate to Utilities > List Settings > Web Created Content
    • Default with automatically tracking all URLs: Change this setting to No

After changing the setting links are no longer wrapped with Clickthrough Link Tracking content and the links function as expected.
