Overview
After moving your ListManager server to an internal network, links which have Clickthrough Link Tracking enabled are not working. Because Clickthrough Link Tracking requires a public IP as its destination you have decided to disable Clickthrough Link Tracking and need to know how.
Solution
- Log on to ListManager as an Administrator
- Navigate to Utilities > List Settings > Web Created Content
- Default with automatically tracking all URLs: Change this setting to No
After changing the setting links are no longer wrapped with Clickthrough Link Tracking content and the links function as expected.
