Overview

When you send out a mailing with emojis, your members complain that the emoji characters were not received correctly. Random international characters and symbols are received instead.

Prerequisites

• You are running LM version 11.3x or lower

Solution

The latest version of LM supports sending emoji characters. Please see the Where to Download the Latest Version of Lyris LM article for details on upgrading your installation.

After you upgrade to the latest version you will be able to send emojis that are rendered correctly.
