Lyris LM Emails Fail with dkim=permfail (body hash did not verify) or dkim=neutral (body hash did not verify)

Overview

In Lyris LM releases prior to version 12.3.6 you may experience an error when sending messages with DKIM enabled. The log will contain errors such as dkim=permfail (body hash did not verify) or dkim=neutral (body hash did not verify).

Prerequisites

  • Using a version of Lyris LM lower than 12.3.6

Solution

This issue was addressed with the release of Lyris LM version 12.3.6. To resolve this issue, upgrade your Lyris LM instance to the latest version.
