Overview

You may need to find out the total number of subscribers on each or on a particular list in Lyris LM. Or you would like to get a list of all member's names and member count for your site.

Solution

To determine the number of members on LM's lists:

1. Log on to ListManager as an Administrator
   
   
2. Navigate to Reports > Members > All Lists Member Count

You are presented with the totals per list as a chart and can change the visualization to a table which can be exported to Excel by choosing the table option from the bottom-left bar. This report shows the number of members defined in all lists on the server and is useful for determining the required license level.
