Overview
While reviewing your Members you notice that an email is missing from the list and you would like to know what caused this.
Information
The exact cause of a Member's removal from the system cannot be determined after the fact. However, when an email is missing from your list it may be due to the Automatic Maintenance settings in ListManager. Members' emails can be removed for one of the following reasons:
- Inactive Members can be placed on hold for a specific period of time then purged (deleted) from the database automatically based on the settings in Utilities > List Settings > Automatic Maintenance, Purging Inactive Members tab
- Bounced emails can cause Members to automatically be placed on hold and eventually purged from the database based on the settings in Utilities > List Settings > Automatic Maintenance > Error Mail
