Overview

You recently upgraded your ListManager installation to version 12.4 and you have mailings that were supposed to be sent but have not been. During mailing, mail processing halts, ListManager crashes, and you want to ensure that the emails are sent and that future mailings are sent without issues. When you check the logs you find error like one of the following examples:

  os_exception caught in 'RecipientData::DKIMSign', at state: 6, RecipientID: nnnnnnn,
  error is: SE_Exception: the thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address
  for which it does not have the appropriate access.

Where 'nnnnnnn' is a numeric value that represents the RecipientID.

Solution

This is a known issue with Lyris LM version 12.4. To resolve this issue, upgrade to 12.4.1.

1. Download and install the appropriate version for your OS and database configuration
2. After installation, ensure that the following services have started. Manually start any services that did not automatically start:
   1. List Manager
   2. List Manager Web
   3. Frontend HTTP Daemon

After the upgrade to version 12.4.1, mailings that were queued are immediately sent and new mailings are not delayed.
