Overview

You have an on-premise installation of Lyris LM and when you attempt to access the site you receive the error message:

Server Unavailable
Could not log you in because the server could not be reached.

Information

This error message indicates that the ListManager service (lm.exe) is not running but the web service is. Contact your IT department and ask them to start the ListManager service.
