Overview

We can enable additional ListManager error logging.

Solution

By default ListManager will log warning and error messages for debugging purposes. When troubleshooting an issue, it is sometimes useful to enable a more detailed level of debugging messages.

Configuring the debug log :

1. Navigate to "Utilities : Administration : Server : Debug Log"
2. Click the "Configure" button
3. Change the drop down for "Log Error Level:" to "Trace 1, warnings, and all errors"
4. Click "Save"

At this point the log will write the additional data to the log file. However, the default view filter will not display the additional logging.

Configuring the debug log view filter :

1. Click the "Filter Current View" button
2. Change the "Error Level:" dropdown to "Trace 1, warnings, and all errors"
3. Click  the "View" button
